• Every six weeks (starting 18 weeks after placing your initial order, when you receive a bundle of 3 blades), you may contact us at hi@switchtovero.com to request a new blade, which we will ship to you at no cost (we provide free worldwide tracked shipping). Please note that if you skip a shipment, you will not be eligible to receive two blades simultaneously. For instance, if you choose not to receive a new blade for 12 weeks, you will only receive one blade when you decide to resume.
