Shipping Costs
Tracked shipping is free on every order, including subscription refills. There is no minimum order value.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Estimated delivery times after dispatch (in business days):
- USA: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 4-9 business days
- EU: 7-14 business days
- Australia: 9-17 business days
- Latin America: 6-12 business days
- Rest of the world: 14–21 business days
We ship using USPS, FedEx and DHL, depending on your location. Most US orders ship via FedEx, while international orders typically ship via DHL Global Economy.
Customs & Import Taxes
We do not cover customs or import duties, as these are determined by your country's government and local regulations. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at hi@switchtovero.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

- Orders may be placed on hold for additional security verification if any information appears to be fraudulent.
