Subscription and Cancellation Policy

VEROSHAVE offers optional blade subscriptions, such as the VEROSHAVE Club and the Starter Kit Auto-Refill. This policy explains how they work and how to cancel.

How billing works
When you subscribe, you agree to be charged the price and at the frequency shown on the product page at checkout (for example, $19.95 per blade every 5 or 6 weeks). Your payment method is charged automatically on each scheduled order date, and you are only charged when an order is scheduled to ship. Shipping on subscription orders is free.

Reminders
We send an email reminder before each upcoming charge so you always know what is coming.

Skip, pause, change or cancel
You can skip an order, pause, change your delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account, with no cancellation fee. Changes made before the next scheduled charge date apply to that order. You can also cancel by emailing hi@switchtovero.com or calling (201) 350-9643, and we will confirm your cancellation by email.

After you cancel
No further charges will be made after your cancellation is processed. Orders that were already charged and shipped before cancellation are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
